Broadcasting pioneer and legend Tom Snyder, who passed away Sunday, July 29, came to Cleveland in 1978 to interview then-Mayor Dennis Kucinich. It was "classic" Tom Snyder, and we offer this video to pay tribute to him and to the style and approach that set him apart from other broadcasters. "Tom Snyder was an innovator and a very serious journalist who really mastered the in-depth analytical interview," Congressman Kucinich said on hearing of Snyder's passing.
