Throughout the course of this historic campaign, one of the keys to expanding the reach and impact of Barack’s message has been the active involvement of our grassroot supporters. وبطبيعة الحال في جميع انحاء هذه الحملة التاريخية ، احد العوامل الرئيسية لتوسيع نطاق وصول واثر رسالة من باراك وقد المشاركة النشطه من انصار القاعديه. Like many of our volunteers, Heather from Melbourne, FL had never really cared for politics prior to this campaign. مثل العديد من المتطوعين ، من هيذر ملبورن ، فلوريدا وكان حقا مطلقا للسياسة الرعايه قبل هذه الحملة. My parents who live in South Carolina have been talking about Barack for at least a year.  My dad (a white "over 65" year old Catholic registered Republican) told me that he believed Barack is the leader we need now and just hoped the American people would agree with that and listen to his message of change, hope, and reasonable, responsible actions. والدي من العيش في كارولينا الجنوبيه وقد تم الحديث عن باراك لمدة سنة على الاقل. ابي (بيضاء "اكثر من 65" سنة الكاثوليكيه القديمة المسجله الجمهوري) وقال لي إنه يعتقد ان باراك هو زعيم ونحن في حاجة اليه الآن فقط عن امله فى امريكا واتفق مع الناس ويستمع الى ان رسالته للتغيير ، الامل ، ومعقولة ، اجراءات مسؤولة.

They started volunteering for the campaign in SC back in December or January and their enthusiasm spurred me on to start paying more attention to the primaries and the issues. العمل التطوعي لانها بدأت الحملة في اللجنة الداءمه العودة في كانون الاول / ديسمبر او كانون الثاني / يناير وحماسهم دفع لي على ان يبدأ مع ايلاء المزيد من الاهتمام لقضايا اولية و. I don’t think I had ever watched more than a few minutes of a debate before January.  Now I can’t miss a debate or speech if I can help it.  I had never been politically active, but that has changed dramatically. ولا اعتقد انني قد شاهد أي وقت مضى اكثر من بضع دقائق للمناقشة قبل كانون الثاني / يناير. والآن لا استطيع الانسه مناقشة او كلمة اذا كان بمقدوري ان اساعد. انني لم السياسية ، إلا أن تغيرا جذريا.

Heather’s parents, Rich and Judy, have been active volunteers in their town of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. هيذر والدي ، الاغنياء وجودي ، فقد نشطت والمتطوعين في مدينة مونت بليزنت ، كارولينا الجنوبيه. They traveled to Charleston to participate in the nation voter drive. انها سافر الى تشارليستون للمشاركة في قيادة الأمة الناخبين. I have a 5 year old who loves Barack too.  Last night at dinner Benjamin whispered in my ear "Mom, let’s cheers to Barack!", so we all lifted our glasses to Barack. ولدى عمره 5 من يحب باراك ايضا. عشاء مساء امس في بنيامين مهموس في بلدي الاذن "امي ، دعنا هتافات لباراك!" ، ذلك اننا جميعا لدينا رفع النظارات لباراك. For a long time Ben called him "RockObama"- now he calls him Barack. لفترة طويلة بن دعا اليه "rockobama" -- الآن وهو يدعو له باراك. He often thinks I’m gong out to see Barack when I leave the house because he knows I met him once (briefly) and he hears me talking about going to an Obama meeting. وكان كثيرا ما يظن غونغ انا انظر الى باراك عندما اترك البيت لأنه يعلم انني قابلته مرة واحدة (بايجاز) ويسمع لي ان اتحدث عن الذهاب الى اوباما الاجتماع. Ben wants to meet him too. بن لتلبية يريد له ايضا. Maybe one day he will! وقال انه ربما في يوم من الايام سوف!

Since becoming involved, Heather has hosted meetings in her house and has participated in phone banks into other primary states, as well as attending watch parties. ومنذ ان اصبحت المشاركة ، هيذر استضافت اجتماعات في منزلها ، وقد شارك في الهاتف الرئيسي البنوك في الدول الاخرى ، فضلا عن حضور مشاهدة الاطراف. Heather has wasted no time in helping the campaign in planning a voter registration drive in downtown Melbourne on Friday, June 13th. وقد هيذر لم تضيع الوقت في المساعدة في التخطيط لهذه الحملة حملة لتسجيل الناخبين في وسط ملبورن يوم الجمعة ، يونيو 13th.

Their plan is to register voters that afternoon starting at 5pm. هذه الخطة هي لتسجيل الناخبين اعتبارا من بعد ظهر ذلك اليوم في الساعة الخامسة مساء. The next day the team has planned a registration drive/community beach cleanup project. وفي اليوم التالي الفريق قد خططت لحملة تسجيل / مجتمع تنظيف الشاطئ المشروع. Barack’s message has led me to realize that my one small voice can join with others and together we can make a difference and be heard.  Together we can work for common goals; to improve this country and our world.  Working together and being our brothers’ and sisters’ keepers is a challenge that I cannot ignore, because the change needs to come now. رسالة باراك وأدى لي ان ندرك ان بلدي صوت واحد صغير يمكن ان ينضم مع الآخرين ، ويمكننا معا ان تحدث فرقا والاستماع اليهم. نتمكن من العمل معا لتحقيق الأهداف المشتركة ؛ لتحسين هذا البلد والعالم. ويجري العمل معا لدينا الاخوة 'والاخوات' السلم هو تحد لا يمكننا ان نتجاهل الاول ، لان التغيير يحتاج الى حان الان.
