It's time to admit that our injection into the foreign affairs of others often causes more problems than it solves. لقد حان الوقت ان نعترف بأن لدينا حقن خارجية في كثير من الاحيان لأسباب اخرى من المشاكل اكثر مما يحل. Most importantly, it's time to admit that no war should be fought in a foreign land under the guise of fighting for the rights and freedom of others, while being used as an excuse here at home to expand government, violate the constitutional rights of Americans, and take away our freedoms. والأهم من ذلك ، فقد حان الوقت ان نعترف بأن الحرب لا ينبغى ان يحارب في أرض اجنبية تحت ستار محاربة لحقوق وحريات الاخرين ، في حين تستخدم كذريعه هنا في الصفحه الاولى لتوسيع الحكومة ، وتنتهك الحقوق الدستورية للاميركيين ، وتأخذ بعيدا حرياتنا. There are a significant number of libertarians (I among them) who believe that only a direct attack or an imminent attack from a foreign enemy can justify our use of the military to defend our country. وهناك عدد كبير من التحرريون (أنا من بينهم) الا تعتقد ان من هجوم مباشر او هجوم وشيك من عدو أجنبي لدينا يمكن أن يبرر استخدام القوات العسكرية للدفاع عن بلدنا. Waging war almost always results in the expansion of government and the military-industrial complex, which in turn results in waste, corruption, debt, budget deficits and ultimately higher taxes upon the wages and property of Americans. شن الحرب دائما تقريبا يؤدي الى توسيع الحكومة والمءسسه العسكرية الصناعية ، وهذا بدوره يؤدي الى الاهدار والفساد والديون والعجز في الميزانيه في نهاية المطاف وفرض ضرائب اعلى على الاجور والممتلكات من الاميركيين. War, while sometimes unavoidable, should be seen only as a last resort. الحرب ، في حين ان في بعض الاحيان لا مفر منه ، ينبغي ان ينظر اليه الا كحل اخير. Electing a Libertarian as President can certainly promote policies that will dramatically reduce, though not eliminate, our risk of being attacked by other nations. أنتخاب الرئيس وكما يمكن ان تحرر الاراده بالتأكيد تعزيز السياسات التي من شأنها ان الحد بشكل كبير ، وان لم يكن القضاء ، ونحن عرضة للهجوم من قبل الامم الاخرى. That makes it all the more necessary to nominate a Libertarian candidate with national defense views that do not appear weak - because a popular, credible LP candidate who does well at the ballot box leads to the election of LP candidates at every level of office from water commissioner and school board to mayors and state assemblyman. ان يجعل من الضروري لتسمية مرشح لتحرر الاراده الوطنية للدفاع مع وجهات النظر التي لا يبدو انها ضعيفة -- لان شعبية ، وذات مصداقيه ليرة لبنانيه وايضا هل من مرشح في صناديق الاقتراع يؤدي الى انتخاب مرشحين ليرة لبنانيه على كل مستوى من مستويات مكتب من المياه مفوض المجلس المدرسي ، والى رؤساء البلديات والدولة عضو الجمعية. It also leads to ballot access in states across the country in the 2012 election. كما انه يؤدي الى الوصول الى الاقتراع في الدول فى جميع انحاء البلاد في انتخابات 2012.
Given that war is an act that we should aspire to avoid, here are some of the policies a Wayne Root administration would advocate to reduce the likelihood of involving America in future wars: وبالنظر الى ان قانون الحرب هو انه ينبغي لنا ان نطمح الى تجنب ، وهنا بعض السياسات التي تنتهجها الادارة أ وين الجذر وسوف تدعو للحد من احتمالات اشراك امريكا في الحروب المقبلة :
* We must rapidly and dramatically reduce foreign aid and US military bases around the world. * يجب علينا بسرعة والحد بشكل كبير من المعونة الاجنبية والقواعد العسكرية الامريكية فى جميع انحاء العالم. In particular, it is time to end our defense of wealthy countries such as Japan, South Korea and the nations of Western Europe. على وجه الخصوص ، لقد حان الوقت لانهاء الدفاعيه من البلدان الغنيه مثل اليابان وكوريا الجنوبيه ودول اوروبا الغربية. The current system encourages cost overruns and time delays. النظام الحالي يشجع تجاوز التكاليف وتأخر الوقت. Figures compiled by the Government Accountability Office showed that 95 major weapons systems exceeded their original budgets by $295 billion in the past seven years. أرقام التي جمعتها مكتب مساءلة الحكومة اظهرت ان 95 في نظم الاسلحة الرئيسية تجاوزت الميزانيات الاصليه بمبلغ 295 بليون دولار في السنوات السبع الماضية. This is a disguised corporate welfare scheme, which is bad for your pocket book and dangerous to our national security. وهذا هو مقنع خطة للرعايه الشركات ، التي هي سيئة لجيبك الكتاب وتشكل خطرا على امننا الوطني. Considering that the entire US budget deficit was $160 billion last year, cutting waste in these 95 programs alone is a great way to reduce the US budget deficit. وبالنظر الى ان كامل من دولارات الولايات المتحدة العجز في الميزانيه 160 مليار دولار في العام الماضي ، خفض النفايات في هذه البرامج وحدها 95 خطوة كبيرة نحو الولايات المتحدة لخفض العجز في الموازنه. If you were told that you would get $2 for every $1 you spent, how much would you try to spend? وإذا قيل لك ان كنت أحصل على 2 دولار عن كل 1 دولار انفقت ، كم انت تحاول ان تنفق؟ Think of the waste and corruption involved in our entire military-industrial complex. اعتقد من الاهدار والفساد في منطقتنا بأسرها تشارك المءسسه العسكرية الصناعية. Think of the billions of dollars wasted to fatten the wallets of politically connected defense contractors. اعتقد من وأهدر المليارات من الدولارات لسمن فان محافظ سياسية مرتبطة الدفاع المقاولين. It's time to start applying the same criticism, cynicism, and fiscal discipline that we do to welfare (for individuals) to the US defense budget. لقد حان الوقت للبدء بتطبيق نفس النقد ، والسخريه ، والانضباط المالى الذى نقوم به لرعايه (للافراد) الى الولايات المتحدة على ميزانيه الدفاع. * Remove the barriers to free trade, thereby increasing the interdependence of other countries on the success of ours. * ازالة الحواجز التي تعوق التجارة الحرة ، مما يؤدي الى زيادة الترابط بين البلدان الاخرى على نجاح لنا. Nineteenth century French economist Frederic Bastiat once wrote: "When goods don't cross borders, soldiers will." الاقتصاديين في القرن التاسع عشر الفرنسية فريدريك bastiat مرة يقول : "عندما لا البضائع عبر الحدود ، والجنود". Or to put it another way, greed is good. او بعباره اخرى ، الطمع جيد. The current misguided policy wastes billions of dollars and unwittingly subsidizes America's enemies around the globe. السياسة الحالية المضلله النفايات البلايين من الدولارات دون قصد وتدعم اعداء امريكا فى جميع انحاء العالم. To be blunt, what farmers in Afghanistan or Columbia grow on their properties is none of the business of the United States of America. ان فظاظه ، ما المزارعين في أفغانستان أو كولومبيا تنمو على ممتلكاتهم هو ان ايا من الاعمال من الولايات المتحدة الامريكية. But if we stop increasing the profits that this “war†creates, it's much more likely that they will be harvesting grains instead of poppies and coca leaves. ولكن اذا كان لنا ان وقف زيادة الأرباح هذا ان â € € œwarâ يخلق ، انه من المحتمل جدا أن يتم حصاد الحبوب بدلا من اوراق الكوكا والخشخاش.
* Reduce our nation's tax burden. * امتنا خفض العبء الضريبي. Competition for industry will compel other nations to also lower their tax burdens, which will decrease their capacity to build weapons of war. المنافسة لصناعة اجبار الدول الاخرى على ان تنخفض ايضا اعباء الضرائب ، والذى سيقلل من قدرتها على بناء اسلحه الحرب. And the wealthy society that America creates with a low tax burden will cause others to want to emulate our way of life. والاغنياء على المجتمع ان يخلق الامريكية مع انخفاض العبء الضريبي سيتسبب الاخرين على الاقتداء نريد ان اسلوبنا في الحياة.
