New Polling
November 19, 2007
New polls released today by SurveyUSA bolster our argument that John McCain is the most electable candidate in the General Election. SurveyUSA has been running General Election match up polls and what we’ve seen in state after state is that when compared to Hillary Clinton, John McCain does better than the other Republican candidates. This weekend, SurveyUSA released new polling that shows McCain doing better than Rudy Giuliani in General Election matchups against Hillary Clinton in Minnesota and Wisconsin and he’s leading Hillary Clinton in important swing states such as Iowa, Ohio and Virginia.
Minnesota: Beats Rudy by 2%
Wisconsin: Beats Rudy by 3%
Iowa: Beats Rudy by 5% and Clinton by 4%
Ohio: Beats Rudy by 3% and Clinton by 1%
Virginia: Beats Rudy by 6% and Clinton by 9%

This continues to prove that Senator McCain is the best General Election candidate for our party to beat Hillary Clinton.
